New Directions Collaborative designs and facilitates events that are highly-interactive, inspiring, and enable deeper levels of interconnection, synergy, and learning amongst participants than traditional meeting formats. Our focus is on enabling diversity to become the source of innovative solutions. We help clients discover the most appropriate locally-grown solutions, trusting that the “wisdom is in the room” and that the strategies most attuned to the group’s unique context and needs will emerge. We also specialize in how to create inviting spaces for voices not traditionally at the table and navigating differences and conflict in ways that create transformative solutions.

Our meeting design draws on innovative techniques that strengthen networks and provide experiential understanding of the power of networks, such as strategic questioning tools for brainstorming, The World Café, and visuals that help participants “see the system.”
